The Voorsterbos route is a short walk through the increasingly exciting Voorsterbos and along the Zwolse Vaart canal. This 2.6-kilometre route is ideal for a walk with the dog.
In the Voorsterbos around playing field and recreation centre De Voorst, you can take your dog for a nice walk through the woods, play and run together. Do keep your dog under control in connection with other walkers, dogs and wild animals.
On the other side of the Zwolse Vaart, nature-friendly banks have been constructed. These are less steep, so that bank and water plants can develop well. Fish use shallow banks for spawning. And the otter could easily find a spot here too. So keep your eyes peeled as you walk along the canal.
From the car park at Brasserie De Voorst, follow the white route.
