The number of bicycle bridges in Lelystad is striking. You cycle over the dike and boulevard to the Bataviahaven. This is where the sailing ship De Abel Tasman is moored. You then cycle past Museum Batavialand and via the Zuigerplasbos and the Gemeentebossen back to the starting point of the route. It is a varied route to get a good impression of Lelystad and its immediate surroundings.
This route is suitable for tricycles. Coming by car? Then you can park at the parking places behind the Zuiderzee community centre at Waddenlaan 1 in Lelystad (Zuiderzeewijk).
