On the playing field on the Leemringweg near recreation centre De Voorst, children can romp around, climb tree trunks and build huts, as well as start a beautiful walk through the Voorster forest. The blue route is signposted from the recreation park car park.
Walking here is beautiful in every season, but in autumn, as a bonus, you get beautifully coloured tree leaves and countless species of mushrooms for free. Not for free, but nice after an exhilarating walk in the forest, is a snack at Brasserie de Voorst, near the starting point of the walking route.
