Boeren Brouwers is an independent, traditional brewery in the Noordoostpolder, where its roots are literally in the soil. They brew according to the farm-to-glass philosophy: as many ingredients as possible come from their own fields and hop gardens. Grain, hops and herbs are grown locally, harvested and carefully processed into beers with character, terroir and a clear link to the polder.
