Waterhout campsite

Waterhout literally means water and wood and when you enter the campsite you will instantly see why, as trees and water abound in every direction. There are the Vroege Vogelbos and the Wilgenbos woodlands, the Gooimeer and IJsselmeer lakes and the Kromslootpark natural area, along with the Oostvaardersplassen and Leegwaterplassen nature reserves There is also the large area of natural beauty in and around Almere, featuring attractive routes for roller skates and bikes, as well as walking paths. You can drive for miles into Flevoland's varied landscapes direct from the campsite.

The toilet facilities are modern.

Would you like to spend the night in a tree house? In a comfortable chalet? Or on a camping raft? It’s all here!

The Waterhout campsite also rents out bikes and canoes.
